We can notice that the beach is sandy. The pictures of the access road show that the sand is not only on the beach but also inside the the property. If we remove some grass, we can extend the beach but could risk some erosion. We can not notice it on the pictures but the West beach, past the first fifty meters, is covered by rock/coral/algae at low tide. This is why I suggest to set groups of cottages on the sea at 400 to 600 meters of the seashore. That will allows tourists to access to the sea at any time from their cottage. The North beach is perfect at low and high tide. Accordingly to the Pag-asa (Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) there is only 1 typhoon par 20 years in the south part of Palawan. I can confirm that we experienced only 1 typhoon since I purchased the property 17 years ago. By comparison, there are more than 10 typhoons affecting Luzon every year. Palawan, being on the same tectonic plate than Borneo, cannot be victim of earthquakes. The west coast of Palawan, being located being the Asian land mass and the Philippine mass, cannot be victim of a Tsunami originated in the Indian ocean or in the Pacific ocean. In other words, an investment located in Palawan is safer than an investment located in other parts of the Philippines
